It is a battery powered remote controlled parking barrrier.  It prevents others from parking in your parking space. It is a simple, cost effective deterrent. With the remote control, it is no longer necessary to get out of your car to operate the barrier.     

• The barriers are battery operated and work from a remote controller.
• The barrier lies flat while you car is parked.
• When you leave your space simply press a button on the remote and the barrier will stand upright blocking any other vehicle from parking in that space
• On your return just press the button and it will lie down allowing you to drive into your car park.
• Easy to install: no digging is required.  The unit can be secured to the solid parking space with the screws (provided).
• Depending on usage, the battery lasts 3 months.  The battery is removeable and can be recharged overnight with the charger (provided).  While the battery is charging you are able to use the parking barrier manually with a key (provided).
